Have You Heard Of The Rumors Of A Wolf Demon In The Village?....

Piripiri was not amused. He could feel his urge to kill things coming back. It would be better to just end their miserable, worthless lives now. They were so pathetic...and totally ignorant; ignorant to the fact that he could kill them without a second thought. No effort at all was needed; a single wasp sent straight to the brain would end their lives now. There was already a cloud of the little devils surrounding him and it was clear that they were angry; reflecting his own mood. Speaking in calm manner, threatening manner, "Please answer the question." His wasps were beginning to gather around the two in the tree. It would take less than a second for them to attack.

The bluebird's call echoed through the crater, and it took flight. It had gathered the reconaissance Naiaru had wanted: three potential culprits. Naiaru freed it from his service and it went about as a normal bluebird should. Naiaru began taking a rather hurried stroll toward the crater: he wanted to lecture the twit who had nuked nature like that. He found two women and man... so... One was his target and maybe the other two would help him find what he was looking for.

Ayami was looking at the rather irritated man. He seemed poised to attack. Then her keen hearing picked up some buzzing. Bees. Her nails extened as she gripped the branch harder. Bees did not equal good things, especially if they were used to attack. That meant that they had some special attack designed to kill. Finally she couldn't take it anymore and she screamed,

"BEEES! AHHHH!" Then she fell, creating a cloud of dust. As she 'oomphed' and the cloud of dust cleared, she shook her head. She knew her butt would now be sore, but maybe the bees would leave her alone now. Not entirely sure, she closed her eyes and locked her arms above her head, as if protecting her head from something falling from the sky. Man did she hate bees.

Piripiri was not amused; not only had they failed to answer his question but now they had called his wasps bees. BEES. Bees were a nuisance; weak and worthless in his opinion. Wasps were a symbol of power and fear. His wasps were to be feared as they made ordinary wasps seem small and insignificant in comparison. Suddenly he seemed to relax; the wasps returned to his body and his shoulder sagged. "I'm Piripiri. What brings you two here and was the deal with the explosion? That could be taken as a threat to this village."

Cheyla didn't bother muffling her laughs as Ayami fell out of the tree.

"You okay Aya? That dust looks pretty hard?" She asked through her giggles. She then turned her attention to the people that were demanding answers. "I really don't know what happened. I was burying this round thing and then decided to light it on fire. Then I started to run and hit the tree over there. Did you know trees are vicious? They also hurt a lot when you run into them."

"I'm fine." Ayami mumbled. Her butt was sore and now the bees, or whatever they were, were gone. Sighing, the 17 year-old leaped back into the tree to pay attention to what was going on. Thus far she had pretty much ignored the inquirers. What was all of this to her? She hadn't done it. Now, if they attacked Chey, that would be a different story, but until then, she stayed silent.

Piripiri was glad that he had finally gotten an answer. Were they both totally clueless? How could you be confused about a bomb? They brought ignorance to a whole new level. "So, what business brings you two here? Travelers from afar? or what?" They didn't seem like a threat, but Piripiri did not want to underestimate them. It was dangerous to assume such things, especially in days like these. It was obvious that the secret of his past was not so secret anymore. Someone had to have known that he had killed his whole clan. How else could that scorpion guy have known about it?

Ayami looked around, grinning.

"Who? Us? We're just traveling." Ayami answered the dark-haired man's question, for once. Then she waved vigorously at him, almost losing her balance once again. She gripped the branch tighter and looked down sadly. The branch was really taking a beating from her gripping it with her nails.

"Sorry, Branch. I'll try to be more careful! You haven't done anything to me so I shouldn't hurt you!" She said quietly to the branch. She frequently talked to inanimate objects. And she was the "sane" one in her group.

'Haha...sane...what a funny word...' Ayami thought to herself, drifting off a bit.

Piripiri found himself staring at Ayami, confounded by her actions. Did she just apologize to that tree branch? Maybe I should get a medical ninja to check these two out. That bomb seems to have knocked something loose inside their heads. Then another thought came to him. What if they followed him when he left? He couldn't take these two for very long. Either he or they would end up dead in the end. He would prefer that all three of them lived, but he would not sacrifice himself in order to let them live. They weren't worth it.

Ayami looked down innocently at the man-in-black who was staring at her. Was there something on her face? She didn't think so. Maybe he felt as if she was rude because he had introduced himself and they hadn't. Deciding to remedy that fact, Ayami leaped down from the tree, yet again, and walked to him, extending her hand politely. Man, she was getting her excersize.

"Hi, Piripiri, I'm Ayami!" She said with a happy demeanor. She had all but forgotten about the explosion. Her mind just went off on so many tangets that she didn't remember it.

Chey tilted her head to the side. The two guys by them looked kind of....was that annoyed or ticked off? Why was it that everyone they met was either one of the two. It never boded well for the travelers.

"How'd you know his name?" She asked, then gasped. "Did the branch tell you? If it did, I'm going to be so mad. Mr. Branch never tells me anything. He just hits me...or I hit him...which is it again?" She asked with a blank expression on her face. "Can he tell us what's taking Asura so long?"

The wolf demon was still working on the dishes when she heard the bang. Kiyumi jumped, dropping the plate in her hand on to the floor, she flinched and reached down to pick up the broken pieces. A sharp, broken fragment of glasses pricked her finger, blood coming from the top. She froze and stared at it. She felt slightly sick (mostly still from the other cut), but she sighed throwing the glass away. She heard Piripiri and almost flinched, her ears where a lot more sensitive, that was why she had jumped. She grabbed something to wrap her finger and followed watching the diretion he went. She wrapped her finger, then took off running following Pipi; her door was still open. She arrived where Pipi stopped, and a few feet away from them, she slowed down and walked. She kept an eye on the angry wasps, but tried to ge3t close to her new friend with out getting stung. "So, who's responsible for making me ears ringing?" Kiyumi said. She arrived late to figure out who set off a bomb, or what ever made the explosion. She froze, seeing some one with black cat ears and a black cat tail. Cat, the only word that completely registered in side her mind. Unlike other wolves and dogs, Kiyumi took a step back shaking, brown eyes closed shut. Why did their had to be some thing... cat near?

Titao tilted his head as he watched the flowers sprung at. Sniffing the air, his tailed wagged with the new smell, then the brown wolf sneezed. He tilted his head again and looked at her. How he would love to have his voice back. It amazed people he could speak human, but often times it scared them too. But after a fight, and losing his vocal box, he lost all sounds. He walked over to the girl, sitting next to her and lifted his head to look up a the sky; the scare he had was showing. He then looked at her, wishing she could understand him; he would have to try to communicate with body language and eye contact. He looked where Kiyumi and Piripiri walked off and gave a wolf like shrug, as if saying he had other friends, and he wanted to make new ones.

And finally Naiaru had reached the crater. Holy crap. No living thing except... three women and a man. Oh, and a wolf! Neat! Friend for Ookaminu? Naiaru hoped so. Ookaminu and he walked out of the tree cover into the crater, walking toward the gathering. "I have two questions, if I may. Un, who blew up the forest? Deux, who knows where the Village Hidden in the Leaves is? I've been looking around for the past year, and no luck..." He folded his hands, preparing to defend himself if they ended up being hostile. Ookaminu tentatively stepped toward the other wolf, its rather domestic inbuilt demeanor showing itself.

( xD wow, never really expected that other characters other then Hawky's (and opponents) would interact with Titao ))

The brown alpha wolf was still sitting next to the flower girl, he had heard Kiyumi and other people, but he ignored him. His tail had stopped wagging has he smelled another wolf/dog and he stood, turning to face the new comer. He stood in a protective stance, having the girl behind him and an eye kept where Kiyumi was at. Should he trust the new comer? How he would like to have his pack here and now.... but then again, it would just crowd every one....

"Heh, no, Chey. Mr. Branch hit you and Piripiri said his own name, silly! But...maybe Mr. Branch can answer our question about Asura! She always takes soo long to catch up!" Ayami said, leaping up to the branch yet again. Was this her third time now? It must be. Then again, math wasn't her friend so she could be wrong.

"O, tell us, Mr. Branch, where has our friend Asura gone?" Ayami said, adapting her voice so it seemed mystical and mysterious. With any luck Asura would appear right then, but Ayami wasn't so sure.

Ookaminu stopped right where he was, right forepaw stopped in midair. Not a friendly wolf, was he? Well, it was most likely that was how... normal wolves behaved. Being almost a literal figment of Naiaru's imagination was kinda awkward at times. He just decided to sit down, watching the other wolf carefully. Just in case.

Piripiri suddenly found himself surrounded by people and hit by a thousand questions. He chose to focus on Kiki. When she started to nervous, about the cat girl it seemed, he rested his arm on her shoulder and pulled her in close. "One of these two," he said, pointing Chey and Amaya, "was the bomb culprit."

Ah. So... that narrowed it down. Ugh, Naiaru wasn't in the mood to lecture them for being idiots. Ookaminu seemed to not really get along with the real wolf, so... it was sad day. "I see... so, does anyone know where Konohakagure is?" He spewed out the long confusing word, hoping it would make more sense to them. Even though it was nonsensical gibberish to him. He just wanted to get working for his clan.

The wolf was trying to communicate with her and she had been good at reading the body languages of animals not people at all. Then another one came this one seemed slightly hostile at first but he didn't seem to want to hurt them. Something seemed slightly odd about the wolf but she put it aside there was nothing can could be to strange about animals now people that was another thing. Standing up she patted Titao in a calming manner and said to the new wolf "Do you mean any harm to us?" Her voice was as peaceful and soothing as ever meaning no offense to anyone. As she moved new flowers could be seen appearing from the ground and beginning to sprout.

Chey stiffened at the scent of wolf and became climbing higher. In her opinion, height was always a good idea when it came to canines.

"I really didn't mean to cause an explosion." She muttered to herself. "Fire is just so pretty." She looked down and gulped to see how high she had climbed.

"Any word yet from Mr. Branch?" She asked.

Ookaminu couldn't speak... it was something Naiaru had never thought of doing. Giving an animal speech? Ridiculous! Well, it wasn't like Ookaminu could suggest it to Naiaru. Maybe if he died, Naiaru would think of a voice box. Which reminded him, Naiaru would need to try to back up his memories once more. Thank the gods for Fuuinjutsu. Ookaminu shook his head no.

Naiaru rubbed his temple with his second and third fingers. So a ditz. So not her fault. Well, he needed to know how to get to the Leaf Village... he'd just wait until he found out.

Titao looked up at Amber as she patted him, he then looked at the other wolf seeing him shake his head no. He relaxed, but only a little, he looked at the other humans, feeling an uneasy feeling that wasn't his. Kiyumi was shaking, and there had only been one thing he knew that could make her feel nervous like that. Cat. Or some thing like that. He stiffened studying every one. He saw Piripiri pull Kiyumi closer to him and he wanted to drag Kiyumi away from him. The new friend had not gain the trust of Titao. He stayed where he was at sitting down and looking up at Amber again, and then the sky, the scar showing again.

Kiyumi gave a small blush as she was pull closer to Pipi, she did slightly calm down though. She was still nervous.. afraid. She looked at Naiaru, listening to him mainly. Konohakagure? Most people didn't call the village that often now a days, it was clear he asked this question before... perhaps while she was making her way here. "What do you want with the Leaf Village?" She asked, not wanting to tell him he was already there....... What if he was like the other guy that attacked her and Piripiri?

Piripiri thought that Kiki's question was a good one. This guy could be a threat to the village, even though he didn't really care about his village. Kiki obviously did and so Piripiri would help protect it. "What business do you have with Konohagakure?"

"No, Chey. No word from Mr. Branch yet. I think he may be mad at me! But I didn't mean to hurt him. I'M SORRY, MR. BRANCH!!!!!" Ayami sad, a little upset. She missed Asura and wanted her back...right now! Why did the third member of their trio have to wander off!?

Then she noticed the wolf after Chey moved up the tree. Of couse. Chey was cat and wolf was cannine. Complete opposite ends of the spectrum and Ayami understood Chey's want of space and avoidance.

Asura Domotachi grinned as she heard an explosion. That was Chey, she was positive. The girl had a knack for exploding things. Just like she had a knack for making muffins....Oh! A muffin sounded really good right now. A nice big one with lots of chocolate in it. That would be perfect.

A rustle of leaves drew Asura back into the real world. She glanced around warily before starting to run off. She could swear she heard something begin to chase after her.

"Help!" She screamed, bursting into a clearing and beginning to run in circles. "I'm being stalked! Something's going to kill me! Someone he-" Before Asura could finish her cry for help, she had tripped over a root.

"Hello Mrs. Earth. I haven't seen you since this morning." She mumbled into the dirt.
